Bio
An expert lawyer in corporate law and corporate & sustainability governance, she has been partner at the law and tax firm Biscozzi Nobili & Partners since 2021, where she has been professionally training alongside Prof. Raffaele Nobili since 2005.
Her practice focuses on legal advice on corporate & sustainability governance, commercial law, and financial markets, providing assistance to individuals and legal entities, including listed companies and regulated entities. She is a speaker at seminars, conferences, and advanced courses, addressing issues of corporate & sustainability governance, listed companies, asset management companies (SGR), listed real estate investment companies (SIIQ), real estate funds, and real estate. Additionally, she is a contract lecturer in the first and second level Master program Polis Maker for quality of life and sustainable urban development at the Politecnico di Milano.
She currently holds positions on boards of directors, including: (i) Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. (Euronext Milan) – Independent Director, Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee and member of the Related Parties Committee; (ii) Interpump Group S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan) – Independent Director; (iii) LU-VE S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan) – Non-executive Director, member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee; (iv) Mediolanum Vita S.p.A. – Independent Director; (v) Mediolanum Assicurazione S.p.A. – Independent Director.
Active in the institutional landscape, she is a member of the Coordination Committee of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation Lombardia and is affiliated with NedCommunity (Italian Association of Non-Executive and Independent Directors), participating in the Reflection Groups on Corporate Governance of non-listed companies and Governance related to risks and controls. Additionally, she is a member of the Tax & Legal Commission of AIFI (Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Debt).
In October 2021, she was awarded the honorary title of ‘Outstanding Graduate of the Department of Law’ by the Rector of the University of Urbino ‘Carlo Bo’.”
Specializations
Since 2004 is assisting the Corporate law course (prof. E. Ginevra) at Università degli Studi di Urbino “Carlo Bo”, and since 2005 at Università degli Studi di Bergamo, where has been “assegnista di ricerca”. From 2009 until 2011 has been “cultrice della materia” in Corporate Law at Università Cattolica di Milano – Faculty of Economics (prof. C. Frigeni). Attended various post-graduation courses in banking and finance. Speaker in seminars and courses on Corporate law topics.
