The Firm assists issuers of financial instruments traded on financial markets, providing advice and assistance both on an ongoing basis and in connection with specific capital market transactions, such as, inter alia: issuance of financial instruments, listing and trading of financial instruments on regulated markets or multilateral trading systems, public tender and exchange offers, delisting transactions, etc.   The financial market law advice provided by the Firm’s professionals also relates to relations with supervisory authorities and the management of administrative proceedings.

The Firm also provides legal advice and assistance to other supervised entities, such as banks, financial intermediaries, asset management companies and insurance companies, under the various aspects of the regulations applicable to them.
