The Firm offers legal advice to companies in all types of extraordinary transactions (M&A) that result in transfers, combinations, reorganisations, as well as the raising of equity or debt financial resources, such as, inter alia: mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions/divestments of shareholdings or companies, capital transactions, financing agreements, etc…
In this context, the Firm assists its clients in all phases of the implementation of such transactions: planning and negotiation of the relevant terms (including due diligence), preparation of pre-contractual and contractual documentation, and implementation of the agreements.

The firm also provides legal advice and assistance in relation to the ordinary business activities of companies, including, inter alia: company incorporations, drafting and amendment of articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, shareholders’ and board activities, etc.
